FSU football Director of Strength and Conditioning Josh Storms sent a message to players on social media a few days ago.
The message was a reminder to players they should be working whether or not they are having spring practice or not.
It didn’t take long for a couple of FSU players to show evidence the work was being done via social media.
FSU redshirt sophomore defensive end Dennis Briggs Jr. and true freshman wide receiver Ja’Khi Douglas can be seen in action below:
Briggs saw action in all 13 games last season and showed some promise after redshirting in 2018.
