During the much-maligned 2018 FSU football season, much of the blame for why the year was a disappointment was placed on the offensive line. This was completely justified, as they were one of the worst position groups in all of coverage football.
Their shortcomings have been very well documented, including on this site. However, while o-line deserved all of the criticism it got, one position group last year that performed very poorly, but somehow flew under the radar, were the linebacker corps.
Much like the offensive line, the linebacker position has been a major issue for every Florida State team since 2014.
