FSU football has done a great job of addressing its linebacker and defensive back groups in the 2020 recruiting cycle.
In fact, they are liking done addressing those positions aside from a stud recruit wanting to commit to either group.
They have one defensive end commit in three-star Josh Griffis, but have not been able to land any behemoths in the trenches in regards to defensive tackles.
A big target came off the board when top 100 recruit and No. 10 ranked defensive tackle Jalen Carter committed to Georgia Monday.
However, the Noles are still doing spring evaluations and issued an offer Tuesday to in-state three star defensive tackle Jerzhan Newton from Clearwater, Florida.
