FSU football has developed quite the off-field coaching staff in Tallahassee under the guidance of head football coach Mike Norvell. The Seminoles recently hired a new defensive graduate assistant in Malik Slater, who currently works with the linebackers and was a very productive collegiate linebacker at Valdosta State. Slater was hired on March 9, 2023. The Seminoles seem to be adding another piece to their defensive staff.
