This was a familiar face for the Seminoles, as he was previously on staff from 2022-2023, when Florida State had a combined 23 wins. Garrett's shining moment came when he was the General Manager of Player Personnel at Duke in 2024 when the blockbuster move to acquire superstar quarterback Darian Mensah from Tulane in the transfer portal.
