Jeff Sims committed to FSU football on February 2nd he was a three-star QB ranked as the No. 633 ranked player nationally.
Fast forward five months and he’s ranked the No. 221 player overall and No. 10 pro-style QB in the nation.
It looks like the coaches’ evaluation were correct as they have been for the most part since arriving in Tallahassee.
I said when he committed he was one of the better QB’s in the class and the rankings were not accurate that early in the cycle.
However, he’s been to several camps and showed enough potential to be selected for the Elite 11 competition.
