FSU football shocked the world in the season opener, thumping Alabama 31-17, and looked like one of the best teams in the country. They rolled two lesser opponents before losing in double overtime in their first road game at Virginia last week.
Virginia went on the road and beat Louisville earlier Saturday, so they might be better than given credit for. However, the FSU offense has been nonexistent in the last few quarters. They couldn’t score a touchdown in either overtime period and only mustered a field goal on their opening drive against the Miami Hurricanes before finally scoring a fourth quarter touchdown in garbage time.
