FSU football continues to see fragments of the Willie Taggart era leave the program. Friday’s version was 2022 QB commit Chad Mascoe, who de-committed from the program which comes as no surprise.
Typically I wouldn’t care too much about a 2022 recruit’s commitment or de-commitment, but the quarterback position is different when it comes to recruiting.
Mascoe committed to Willie Taggart and staff on August 31st, 2019, right before the Boise State game.
The 2022 rankings are nowhere close to being finalized, but Mascoe is considered a talented prospect that plays at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida.
