FSU football head coach Mike Norvell will not open practice to the media for 2025 fall camp. It's a continuation of Norvell's closed practice policy that began earlier this year during spring camp.
The move comes as no surprise, and it's the right move for several reasons. We don't learn much from the media who attend. The video clips here and there are cool, and the post-practice interviews are cool, but there's never any real ground-breaking stuff that comes from that.
Mike Norvell and the coaching staff will release whatever information they want when they do interviews.
