A year ago, the Noles were profitable for bettors because they were easy to bet against, especially live. Now, the Noles have covered the spread in the first two games, and bettors are confident in FSU.
The Noles opened as 44.5-point favorites over Kent State, with the over/under at 55.5. That line moved to 45.5 in one day and should rise further after FSU beat East Texas A&M by 70+ points recently.
I’d caution folks to trust the Noles too much coming off a bye week. Kent State is terrible, but that’s still a lot of points, and we don’t know how Mike Norvell and the coaching staff will handle the roster.
