FSU Football: Backfield, special teams breakdown from 2019 class

National Signing Day was not been a dream for FSU football by far. For the second year, the Noles have failed to land a scholarship quarterback. The Noles have also failed to sign a scholarship running back for the 2019 class; although they are returning several running backs for the 2019 season.

Some good news came when Treshaun Ward, a three star running back from Plant City, Florida joined the 2019 class as a preferred walk on despite scholarship offers from Maryland, Louisville, and Kentucky.

The prospects for the 2020 class look much more promising, although those are commits and not signed letters of intent at this point, and they can always decommit, as the Noles have learned in 2019 all too well.
