FSU football was at its lowest point in most of our lifetime after getting blown out by the rival Florida Gators and missing a bowl game for the first time since 1976.
The Noles went 5-7 with six of those seven losses coming by two touchdowns or more. Most of the top players that were high on the Noles going into the season were no longer feeling the garnet and gold by years end.
FSU’s recruiting class finished No. 19 which is the lowest since composite rankings have been used and FSU failed to sign a QB for the second consecutive recruiting cycle.
