FSU basketball shooting guard Devin Vassell came to the Noles as part of the 2018 recruiting class.
A composite three-star recruit, Vassell was ranked as the No. 200 player overall and No. 46 ranked shooting guard and No. 10 ranked player in Georgia.
Ironically, he was the only player Leonard Hamilton signed in 2018 after signing shooting guards M.J. Walker and Anthony Polite in the previous class.
Both players were ranked higher than Vassell coming out of high school, but it was Vassell who ultimately became the team’s leading scorer in 2019.
