Florida State baseball will make head to the Oxford regional to make their 43rd straight NCAA Tournament appearance. FSU is the three-seed in the regional. The Seminoles will start their postseason run against two-seed Southern Miss. Florida State and Southern Miss will play at 3:00 PM on Friday on ESPNU. The one-seed Ole Miss will play four-seed SEMO in game one. This will be Mike Martin Jr.’s first NCAA Tournament as a head coach. The regional is a double-elimination format.
In 2019, the Seminoles advanced out of the Athens regional as a three-seed in just three games, before sweeping the Baton Rouge Super Regional to advance to Omaha.
