FSU baseball’s recruiting has seen some trends develop since the Mike Martin Jr. was promoted and his assistants were hired. One trend has stood above the rest: lanky, projectable RHP’s. Last week, the ‘Noles picked up two such commits, and added another tonight in Drake Flowers, a 2022 RHP.
Flowers comes out of Jupiter, FL and William Dwyer high school. Growing up in Florida, the righty has always loved Florida State, as he said, “FSU has been my dream school and I have wanted to play there for a while.”
The Jupiter native was one of the best 2022 arms left in the class.
