Former FSU receiver gets the petty treatment from fans after transferring for nothing

Former FSU wide receiver Hykeem Williams was one of the prized signings in the 2023 class. However, the raw receiver showed up out of shape and took all offseason to get into shape before an injury hampered his freshman season. Williams only appeared in eight games and had five receptions for 80 yards and a touchdown.

He played in only nine games as a sophomore and had 16 receptions for 187 yards and one touchdown while dealing with injuries. Williams decided to transfer after the 2024 season. FSU didn’t try to keep him because he was always hurt and didn’t seem to want to fully buy in.
