Fireworks on the 4th of July, four-star WR Ja’Khi Douglas commits to FSU

#Tribe20 continues to be hot on the trail as FSU has landed its third commitment in a week; this time it’s four-star wide receiver Ja’Khi Douglas. FSU pulled him from Terrebone high school in Houma, Louisiana.

The 5’9 190lb speedster is a big commitment for FSU ranking 208th nationally, 37th at his position, and eighth within the state of Louisiana in 247’s National Composite Rankings. Unless you’re Alabama not many top ten recruits are leaving Louisiana.

He choose FSU over offers from Florida, Alabama, Auburn, and Colorado. It was a quick recruitment for Douglas to FSU. He was offered on January 8th, he visited on Junior Day April 6th and he committed on Independence day, the fourth of July.
