TALLAHASSEE, FLA. -- The misdemeanor battery trial for Florida State star Dalvin Cook begins Monday. Tomahawk Nation's Andrew Miller will be in the courtroom providing updates from the proceedings.
Cook is accused of punching a Tallahassee woman multiple times in the face outside a bar in July. He was suspended indefinitely upon being arrested, but has denied the accusation through his defense attorney, maintaining that he never punched the woman.
The trial begins at 9 am in front of Augustus D. Aikens, Jr., and is expected to last just one day, though two is not out of the question.
