The Seminoles spent much of the first half of the season battling injuries forcing the coaching staff to mix-and-match roster combinations on both sides of the football.
FSU (2-4, 2-2 ACC) is coming off its second consecutive win, a 35-25 victory at North Carolina. It was the first time the Seminoles have won back-to-back games since 2019 and a win against UMass on Oct. 23 would give the program its first 3-game winning streak since 2017.
