The guess work regarding Florida State’s postseason fate has abated significantly. First, the question about whether or not the Seminoles will qualify for a bowl was pretty much answered after FSU’s win over Boston College on Saturday. That victory got the ’Noles to 5-5, with games against Alabama State and Florida remaining. And because pretty much everyone is assuming a win over the Hornets and a loss at UF, projections are really starting to cohere.
And here’s hoping that the Seminoles enjoyed the cold weather in Beantown, because they appear to be headed north again. ESPN’s Kyle Bonagura and Mark Schlabach, 247 Sports, and CBS Sports all have FSU destined for the Quick Lane Bowl in Detroit.
