Florida State already after the next generation of football stars, and they've set their sights on 8th grader Rashad Williams as a future target. Williams, a 5'7, 150 lb running back out of Charlotte, NC, drew widespread attention when his YouTube highlight reel (which you can check out below) started making the rounds.
