Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston is still battling a sexual assault case that has followed him for over two years, and his lawyer, David Cornwell, expressed his frustrations on Twitter.
In his frustrations, he leaked (accidentally or not) the name of Winston's accuser, which had remained private until now.

Cornwell and Winston are preparing for a disciplinary hearing at Florida State regarding the incident on November 17.
