NHL Postseason Caterwaul: Bruins bounce back to even series with Blue Jackets

Early goals from David Pastrnak and Patrice Bergeron gave the Boston Bruins a lead they would not relinquish in a 4-1 win over the Columbus Blue Jackets at Nationwide Arena. Sean Kuraly and Patrice Bergeron added third period goals and Tuuka Rask finished with 39 saves as Boston evened the series at two apiece. Artemi Panarin notched the only Columbus goal to halve the deficit in the first period, although it should not have counted.

Nathan MacKinnon, Colin Wilson and Erik Johnson scored the goals and goaltender Philipp Grubauer made 32 saves to earn his first career playoff shutout as the Colorado Avalanche blanked the San Jose Sharks 3-0 on home ice to even the series.
