NHL Offseason Caterwaul: First day of development camp in the books

A 40-man contingent of Florida Panthers prospects hit the ice for development camp yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, yours truly has a job and was not able to attend so we’ll have to pull information from other sources (hopefully some of of you readers) to keep up with what’s going down in Coral Springs.

The kids from Blue Squad hit the ice again at 8:40 this morning while the Red Squad will practice at 10:40 a.m.

In other Panthers news, general manager Dale Tallon was quoted as saying ‘Let’s put it this way; we have spread a lot of fertilizer out there.
