The Florida Panthers and Carolina Hurricanes will play the first game of the Prospect Showcase Tournament at Advent Health Center Ice complex in Wesley Chapel, Florida at 10 a.m. this morning. At 1 p.m., the host Tampa Bay Lightning will take on the Nashville Predators.
In a bit of god news for the hockey-starved out there, the game will be streamed on FloridaPanthers.com (if you are in within the Panthers’ broadcast region). This will be a regular sixty minute game with a 3-on-3 overtime if tied after the third period.
