On Thursday, February 22nd at approximately 2:45pm, the news broke that the Florida Panthers have acquired forward Frank Vatrano in exchange for a 2018 third-round draft pick.
Vatrano, who is 23-years-old, has featured in 25 games for the Bruins this season. In those 25 games, the American has only potted two goals, which come against Minnesota (Nov, 6th) and Toronto (Nov, 11th) respectively .
Through his NHL career to date, Frank’s career high dates back to last season (2016-17) where the youngster tallied 10G, 8A, and 18 points in 44 games played.
