The NHL’s free agency period kicked off last weekend, and although most names of note are now off the table, the debates over which teams have made the most of their off-season - and which ones totally cratered it - are just warming up. We began one man’s analysis of the league’s summertime moves thus far with grades for the Metro Division; now, let’s turn our attention to the Atlantic, which has arguably the deepest all-around roster in the game in the Tampa Bay Lightning; an on-the-rise group in the Maple Leafs that just added the biggest free agent; and an organization that balances youth and veteran knowhow in the Boston Bruins.
