MIAMI - FIU's women's tennis program is set for its fifth-straight NCAA Tournament appearance, matching up with Stanford in the opening round in Lubbock, Texas.
The Panthers (15-4), who have won three-straight Conference USA (CUSA) Championships, will face off with the Cardinal (15-8), out of the ACC, as announced during the NCAA's Selection Show on Monday evening. FIU and Stanford will play on Friday, May 2 with the match time in Lubbock set for 11 a.m. ET.
The winner of FIU and Stanford will take on the winner of host and 11th-seeded Texas Tech and Boston University on Saturday, May 3.
