KENNESAW, Ga. – Women's Soccer (5-2-3, 2-0 CUSA) triumphs over CUSA-foe Kennesaw State (1-7-3, 0-2 CUSA) in a 2-0 result on Thursday night, the Panthers second win in a row.
The Panthers found the most chances throughout the contest, leading the Owls 8-4 in shots in the first half, with one shot on goal. Neither team could find the back of the net in the first half, going into the break, 0-0.
The Panthers found their first goal of the contest early out of the half in the 57th minute, when junior Montelene Dymond crossed up a Kennesaw State defender at the top of the box and hit her seventh goal of the season.
