COLUMBIA, Missouri (October 4, 2016) -- FIU senior Camilla Serrano (Bogota, Columbia) and junior Katerina Krasova (Ricany, Czech Republic) kept scores low and pushed the Panthers women's golf team into third place at the Eighth-Annual Johnie Imes Invitational, hosted by the University of Missouri. FIU shot a 4-over par 292 Monday, the third-best team score of the day, to climb into third at 11-over par (289-294-292 875).
The Panthers climbed from a tie for fourth into sole possession of third on the last day, finishing one stroke ahead of fourth-place Kennesaw State and six better than Mercer.
