MIAMI (Sept. 25, 2018) - With the calendar switched from summer to fall, the FIU women's basketball team held its first official practice on Tuesday morning as the Panthers prepare for the 2018-19 season.

The squad was up early on Tuesday, as the team began its first official practice at 6 a.m. ET. The Panthers worked on fundamentals, while going through team and group drills.
FIU returns four players from last season's team, with the Panthers looking to improve from their 8-21 record a year ago.
