MIAMI (October 15, 2016) -- After the second tie result in its last four games, the FIU women's soccer program finishes the home weekend with a Sunday tilt against visiting WKU Sunday at 1 p.m.
Following the 1-1 tie at home Friday against Marshall, the Panthers sport a 2-8-3 overall record, 1-3-2 in Conference USA. The Panthers climbed one spot in the league standings after the tie. Three teams are tied with one more point above FIU in the standings, making Sunday's contest important for seeding.
WKU lost on Friday at Florida Atlantic by a 1-0 result.
