MIAMI (Aug. 16, 2019) – With volleyball season just around the corner, FIU Head Coach Rita Buck-Crockett announced Friday that Hunter Porter has been named the assistant volleyball coach for the Panthers.
"I am very excited about the addition of Hunter Porter," Buck-Crockett said. "I feel she will bring great energy to the staff. Hunter comes from a volleyball family and knows the game very well. I look forward to her helping this program achieve our goal of conference champions for years to come."
Prior to FIU, Porter was at Iowa Lakes Community College, where she was the head coach for the Lakers' women's volleyball team for two seasons.
