Piscataway N.J.- Katie Turner and Alyssa Wissinger were named All-Tournament Team at the Rutgers Tournament over the weekend.
FIU wrapped up non-conference play at Rutgers University and played three matches in two days. They dropped the first contest against Princeton but bounced back to win against Rutgers Saturday night and then Fairleigh Dickinson Sunday morning.
Alyssa Wissinger finished with 21 kills combined from the three matches. She was competing on both sides and she also recorded 11 blocks. Her most impressive game came in the tournament finale against Fairleigh Dickinson.
