Jason Miller's RBI single in the top of the ninth inning scored Kyle Vesnesky with the go-ahead run to get Charleston Southern past FIU, 6-5, and end the Panthers' seven-game winning streak Saturday afternoon at the FIU ballpark.
Before Saturday, FIU had won 12 straight games against Charleston Southern dating back to 1985. The Panthers now lead the all-time series with the Buccaneers 12-2.
