MIAMI (March 9, 2019) - The FIU women's tennis team shows no signs of slowing down as they improve their win streak to seven.
The Panthers picked up their seventh consecutive win, over JMU (6-6) this afternoon, the 4-2 victory improves FIU's record to 8-4 overall (4-0 C-USA).
"Our doubles set the tone for consecutive wins. We are really hitting our stride as we get deeper into conference play." said Head Coach Katerina Petrovic.
Hot out of the gates, it only took the Panther duo of Senior Maryna Veksler and Freshman Paulina Bakaite 21 minutes to pick up the first victory.
