MIAMI (Aug. 12, 2020) - FIU women's swimming and diving head coach Randy Horner announced the hiring of assistant coach Brien Moffitt on Wednesday afternoon.
Moffitt joins FIU after spending this past season at Florida State as a volunteer coach for the men's and women's swimming and diving teams. During his time at FSU, he was responsible for data collection, metrics of workouts, facilitating filming and stroke analytics. As a part of Seminole head coach Neal Studd's staff, Moffitt helped guide FSU to eight ACC podium finishes, break three school records and make five relay A cuts.
