ORLANDO (July 13, 2016) – The FIU sophomore forward, Santiago Patino, has been awarded National Premier Soccer League's Player of the Week after an outstanding performance with the Kraze United academy team in Orlando, Fla.
Having scored five goals in his last four games with Kraze United, Patino outdid himself this past weekend with a four-goal rally, resulting in a 5-2 win over Weston FC.
The Orlando native made 17 appearances throughout 20 games this past season with FIU, including six starts. A key player on the field, Patino totaled five points, with two goals and an assist.
