MIAMI (May 7, 2021) - Rain spoiled the series opener between FIU and 14th-ranked Louisiana Tech on Friday night, as the Panthers and Bulldogs were forced to halt play in the bottom half of the fourth inning.
The conclusion of Friday's game will resume on Saturday at 2 p.m., before playing a nine-inning contest to close out the day. Sunday will now feature a doubleheader with a pair of seven-inning games beginning at Noon.
LA Tech was leading 4-1 before the rain halted play for good on Friday night.
