BIRMINGHAM, ALA (February 6, 2022) - Sophomore Filippa Miller reset her school record in the pole vault for the third time this season and a pair of Panthers nearly broke into the FIU all-time top five in their events on an impressive Sunday in Birmingham.
Miller vaulted 4.15m (13'7.25"), an improvement from her mark of 4.09m last week at the Jack Johnson Classic.
"Another school record for Filippa, and the pole vault crew as a whole continued to their tremendous season," said head coach Ryan Heberling. "We're very excited by all of their development and cannot wait for the conference meet in two weeks.
