MIAMI (July 7, 2020) - Next up in our Q&A series with FIU track and field is distance runner Eliseo Torres. Torres ran 15:26 in the 5000 and 8:52 in the 3000 this past indoor season, while also setting a personal best during the XC campaign with a 25:58 at UCF.
Q: Why did you decide to attend FIU?
A: "I decided to attend FIU because I felt that it was the right choice for me since I was supported, welcomed and able to see myself be fit in when I met with the coaches and the team beforehand.
