MIAMI (Aug. 23, 2019) – Next up in our Q&A series with FIU women's basketball is forward Cheyanne Daniels. The freshman will be joining the Panthers this fall.
Daniels, a Miami native, will stay home for her collegiate career, as the 6-4 forward will enroll at FIU in the fall. Daniels briefly played at John A. Ferguson High School before continuing her prep career at Miami Senior High School. Daniels has a pedigree for winning, after leading her squads to a Junior Orange Bowl title in 2018, the GMC in 2017 and 2018 and two regional championships in 2015 and 2017.
