CHATTANOOGA, Tennessee (March 29, 2022) – Propelled by freshman Karissa Kilby, the FIU women's golf team finished eighth at the Chattanooga Classic. A final day team round of 289 catapulted the Panthers to the eighth place finish.
Kilby fired a final round four-under-par 68 on Tuesday to claim a tie for ninth. The 68 is the lowest round of Kilby's young Panther career and ties Millburn Ho's second round 68 at the Pat Bradley Invitational for the lowest round shot by a FIU linkster this season.
Senior Carolina Andrade shot final round 73 on Tuesday to finish the three-day event in a tie for 31st.
