HOUSTON (February 2, 2019) – The FIU Track and Field program wrapped up their second indoor competition of the season Saturday evening, completing action at the Houston G5/Super 22 Invitational.
On the women's side, freshman Filippa Miller set a school record in the pole vault, jumping 3.85m for a 10th place finish. Meanwhile, Trinavia Williams continued her strong season in the weight throw with a toss of 17.31m in the finals to place seventh of 46, while Ashley Josue was close behind in ninth with a throw of 16.
