IRVING, Texas (December 20, 2017) – Redshirt sophomore Brittany Haskell (London, Ontario, Canada) became the fourth different diver from FIU to be named Conference USA Diver of the Week this season, the league announced Wednesday. It is her first award and the fifth of six Diver of the Week awards captured by the FIU squad this season.
Haskell posted the top score of all Conference USA divers in the 1-meter program of the season, with a 301.35 to finish first in a dual meet with Georgia Southern as the Panthers won 148-94. The score was just three-tenths off her career-best score in the 1-meter program.
