DALLAS (Feb. 20, 2020) - Sophomore Maha Gouda was named to the Conference USA Swimming and Diving All-Academic team, the conference office announced on Thursday.
Members are selected by a vote of the league's academic advisors, highlighted by a pair of returning selections from last year's squad and four schools being represented. In order to qualify for nomination to the team, student-athletes must have achieved at least a 3.2 cumulative grade point average and serve as a key competitor of their respective team.
The Alexandria, Egypt native maintains a 3.98 GPA as a public relations, advertising and applied communications major.
