Conference USA named five FIU players to its All-Conference USA teams on Tuesday afternoon.
Second baseman Eddie Silva was named to the All-C-USA First Team. Third baseman Austin Shenton, pitcher Andres Nunez and pitcher/first baseman Logan Allen were named to the Second Team.
Catcher Jose Garcia and Allen were selected for the Conference USA All-Freshman Team.
The five all-conference selections equal the most for an FIU team since the 2009 team had five Panthers picked for All-Sun Belt Conference. The 2001 FIU team had six All-Sun Belt Conference selections.
