- The FIU women's soccer team dropped another heartbreaking match on Friday afternoon as the Panthers fell to North Florida, 1-0, in the first of two matches scheduled over the weekend in Jacksonville. FIU kept the match scoreless until the Ospreys found the back of the goal when Lorena Cedeno dribbled through the Panthers' defenders and beat FIU goalkeeper Nevena Stojakovic (Nis, Serbia) on the right side in the 76th minute.
