MIAMI (Oct. 27, 2016) – Having won five-straight dual meets, including wins over Denver, Rice and Tulane, the FIU swimming and diving team (5-1) has been recognized in the first College Swimming Coaches Association of America /TYR Dual Meet Poll of the season.
The Panthers are receiving votes in the first poll of the season, marking the program's first appearance in the rankings.
Rankings are compiled by CSCAA-member coaches and released on a bi-weekly basis.
The Panthers will next host North Florida on Saturday, Nov. 5. The dual meet is set for noon from the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Center.
