MIAMI (June 21, 2016) – Head Coach Randy Horner has announced on Tuesday the addition of Berta Triola to the reigning C-USA Champion FIU swimming & diving team. She will join the squad at the start of the fall semester.
"I am excited to have Berta join our team," Horner said. "She will add to an already strong middle distance freestyle group we have this fall. Her ability to range from the 50 freestyle to the 1500 freestyle will be valuable to our team in the NCAA format."
A native of Mataro, Spain, Triola swam for Coach Segri Garcia for CN Mataro (club team).
